Welcome to the website for the Yellow Woods Challenge - the simple, educational and fun environmental campaign for schools run by Yellow Pages, working with the Woodland Trust and local authorities across the UK.

We couldn’t run the Yellow Woods Challenge without the commitment of local authority recycling officers and so we’d like to thank you for helping us make it a great success.

The Yellow Woods Challenge 2009 will be run in around 100 local authority areas (loads doc file (101K) in a new browser window).

If you are running a Challenge in your local authority, you will be given login and password details for the YWC Organisers area of this site, which has all the information you need to run and publicise your Challenge locally. If you require assistance, please contact your Challenge manager.
